Residential Landlords
This package offers comprehensive cover that has been distinctly designed for Landlords and Investors. The key policy covers include full accidental damage cover on Contents, Fixtures and Fittings, Malicious Damage by Tenant, Loss of Rent, Legal Expenses, Liability cover which can be extended to include the freestanding Dwelling.
