ACE will then undertake any necessary investigations,
determine whether the Policy applies,
advise you on any action you
might be required to take and determine how to resolve
the claim.
If a claim is only threatened or made orally, you
should contact your broker/agent or ACE for advice. If you require ACE to handle your claim, you should not
enter into any discussions with other parties about the
claim or attempt to deny or settle the claim.

All Insured are to lodge/notify claims in accordance
with the General Conditions applicable to the Policy as
set out in the Policy wording and subsequent
endorsement(s), if any.
