Huatai was the fourth local Property and Casualty Insurance Company established in China. In May 2002, the ACE Group became Huatai's single largest shareholder, forming a strong strategic partnership. Huatai's product range includes Commercial and Personal Property, Automobile, Liability, Oil and Gas, Marine Cargo and Hull as well as Aviation.
The company is in the process of developing new products for the Chinese market.
